Remember, in order to get the most from this program, it is best to download and work through only one week's homework at a time. Resist the temptation to "read/work ahead" that so many of us struggle with.... another opportunity to practice watching the mind at work! Also, this material may change in response to the needs of this class as the program unfolds. Here's some information about sitting cushions (zafus) or benches if you decide to purchase one.
